To guarantee our guests a safe holiday, without giving up the comfort and emotions that a stay in our facility can offer, we follow a Covid-19 prevention protocol in accordance with the guidelines issued by the World Health Organization and by the national and local authorities.

SANITATION AND HYGIENE
All the common areas of the facility and the rooms are regularly sanitized to ensure the safety of our guests; moreover, they will also have hand sanitizing gel and masks, provided at the reception. 
 

ARRIVAL AND SERVICES 
Upon arrival, our staff will measure the client's body temperature using a thermo-scanner and, if it is over or equal to 37.5° C, access to the facilities will not be allowed.
 

BAR AND RESTAURANT
The layout and number of tables have been designed to provide our customers with the necessary space to ensure their safety. In the breakfast area there will be a buffet, according to the Covid-19 prevention regulations.
 

WELLNESS AREA
In order to avoid crowds, the access to the wellness area is allowed through reservation as an exclusive service for guests. The areas will be sanitized between one shift and the next one, in order to ensure the safety of all.
 

COLLABORATORS
Our employees are daily subjected to temperature measurement and wear the required safety devices. Each of them participates in specific training sessions dedicated to the new security measures, so as to guarantee competence and availability towards guests and colleagues.
