In the hamlet of Gardone Sopra there is the Vittoriale degli Italiani, home of the Italian poet Gabriele D'Annunzio from 1921 to 1938, the year of his death.
The “Vittoriale” is characterized by charming gardens and houses, besides the Priory, the house and tomb of the poet, but also a museum in his honor, a library and an outdoor amphitheater, still used for various events and concerts.
